2024 General Assembly Registration

Each year, our union gathers to discuss pressing issues for our union, nursing, and advancing the profession. We also provide continuing education classes, three meals, and DJ and karaoke evening entertainment.

We gather like this to create solidarity across the different bargaining units that our union represents, to share wins, strategies, and future plans. We also gather because as a membership driven union, we find it critical to make sure members are the ones guiding the union’s direction. This meeting gives every member an equal say in the future of our union (something we find to be very cool).

This year the meeting will be held at: Holiday Inn in Joliet, IL, 1471 Rock Creek Boulevard, Joliet, IL, US

You can book your hotel now, so you get the discounted rate of $139 + tax. A block of sleeping rooms is set up at the hotel. Rooms available first come first served at the discounted rate. Many units offer local scholarships that reimburse members for attending the assembly if the event is cost-prohibitive for you. Please contact your local leadership to learn about their scholarship process.
