Elected Board of Directors
The Illinois Nurses Association is governed by a democratically elected Board of Directors composed of union members from all of our units across the State of Illinois. They meet several times throughout the year to confer, vote, and make decisions that guide the union in everything it does. Board Members are elected to two (2) year terms in October of odd years. When vacancies occur, the local units run a special election to fill the vacancies.
