2026 Membership Assembly Registration
The 2026 INA Membership Assembly will take place on October 24-25 at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Springfield, Illinois.
Each year, our union gathers to discuss pressing issues for our union, nursing, and advancing the profession. We also provide continuing education classes, meals, and Saturday evening entertainment.
We gather like this to create solidarity across the different bargaining units that our union represents, to share wins, strategies, and future plans. We also gather because as a membership driven union, we find it critical to make sure members are the ones guiding the union’s direction. This meeting gives every member an equal say in the future of our union (something we find to be very cool).
Date: Oct. 24-25, 2026
Location: The President Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Springfield (701 E Adams St, Springfield, IL 62701).
Room Booking: Book your hotel by Oct. 2 to take advantage of the discounted room rate.
Schedule:
Saturday, October 24th:
- 6pm-10pm — Social event (Craft night with 1 hour bar (beer, wine and soda) and food included. Karaoke as well.)
Sunday, October 25th:
- 8am-1pm — Registration w/INA merch table and light breakfast
- 9am-11am — CE Class in track 1
- 9am-11am — CE Class in track 2
- 11am-1pm — Awards ceremony and lunch
- 1pm-5pm — Membership Business Meeting
- Silent auction and merchandise sales will end at 1pm
- Silent auction winners will be announced during 1st break in the membership meeting. All
auction items must be paid for by 4pm.
Registration Costs
- Early Bird Rate (through Aug. 8): $135
- Regular Rate: $155
- Saturday Social Event: $50
- Annual Business Meeting Only: Free
